How high are you? I bet not as high as Skydiver Felix Baumgartner. This morning the skydiver took his second manned jump from 96,640 ft. Felix is attempting to break a few records in the coming weeks, ultimately take a leap of faith at 120,000 ft. The records Baumgartner will be attempting to break are, first person to break the sound barrier outside of an aircraft, the record for free fall from the highest altitude, and that for the longest free fall time. These records have been held for 52 years by retired Air Force Col. Joe Kittinger. Kittinger leaped from a balloon at an altitude of 102,900 ft. Aug. 16, 1960. Below I will post a video on the Kittinger’s jump. Visit redbullstratos.com for more info.
